Air Conditioning

During the summer months, feeling hot and sweaty isn’t something that most people find to be comfortable. That’s where we come in! We work on a wide variety of air conditioning units, from various brands; Goodman, Daikin, Fujitsu, etc., to ensure that you home and/or work space remains cool and comfortable. We are skilled with the following aspects of air conditioning work:

  • central air conditioning: the standard for many newly renovated/built homes or workspaces.

  • ductless systems: an excellent option for older, smaller homes or workspaces that lack ductwork. also a great option for remodeled or add-on rooms.

  • heat pumps: this option is enjoyed by many clients who would prefer energy efficient heating and cooling in one single unit. We work on dual fuel systems as well.

  • wi-fi/smart thermostats: we keep up to date with the best in climate controls so we can offer our customers cutting edge precision and programmable features.

Heating

We work efficiently to make sure your home is as warm and comfortable, during the cold seasons. We work with various brands; slant-fin, A.O. Smith, etc. We are skilled with the following aspects of heating work:

  • gas furnaces: this is the most common heating choice for homes across the U.S. if you have access to a gas line, a gas furnace is one of the top picks for cold-weather comfort

  • electric furnace: you’ll find this heater in many homes. although they are small, inexpensive to install, and long-lived, the electric furnace could be costly to run continuously in your home.

  • heat pumps: these heaters are a great option for our ever changing climate. they are refrigerant-based and operate as both a heating and cooling system.

  • ductless heating systems: a ductless mini split heat pump is useful for homes without the room for ducts. like other heat pumps, they can provide both heat and cool.

  • duel fuel systems: when a heat pump loses efficiency in cooler weather, a dual fuel system is a good alternative. the installation of this system uses both a heat pump and a back-up furnace.

Electrical

We are equipped to conduct all minor electrical work needed to get your cooling and/or heating systems up and running. For all other major electrical work that could pertain to the functioning or durability or your units, we have skilled electricians whom we can recommend.

Plumbing

For plumbing needs that pertain to the functioning of your heating unit, we are equipped to access and fix the issue. In the event that you have a plumbing need that is out of our work jurisdiction, we have skilled plumbers whom we can recommend.

Service Calls

All service calls are answered and scheduled accordingly to take care of the customers needs in a timely matter. Service calls are $175.00, plus taxes, for a technician to come and assess the worksite. Prices will increase when the worksite has been assessed and the problems have been found.
